We are New Roots, a creative start-up with a pioneering spirit and Europe's leading manufacturer in the field of plant-based cheese and yogurt alternatives.

The market is growing fast and we are growing with it - therefore we are looking for developers who want to bring new fire and new passion to New Roots and put their creative ideas for new products into practice!

Your tasks

  • Innovatively develop prototypes of new and existing cheese alternatives and accompany them until market launch
  • Realize development projects and support regular production in activities such as manufacturing and storage
  • Learn and apply methods and technologies in internal and external exchanges

Your skills

  • You have several years of experience in operational product development in the food, cheese or gastronomy industry, preferably with a degree in this field

  • You are a flexible, communicative, well-organized and patient personality with initiative and you keep an eye on the big picture even in stressful situations

  • You have a good level of written and spoken English or are willing to learn it
